Welcome to the website of the Alpha-1 Canadian registry. Canada is an active member of the international Alpha-1 community. This site was created to provide information about Alpha-1 Antitrypsin deficiency to the general public and to provide support to those affected with the condition. Through our registry of individuals already diagnosed with this disorder, it is our hope that we can learn more about Alpha-1 antitrypsin deficiency and promote research through clinical study.
